Moving to Twitter
Tumblr is nice but how many pictures of spaceships can I really post? I’m moving to twitter where the rapid fire intel updates and fleet tidbits are more interesting. Plus there’s a robust EVE community on Twitter. (#tweetfleet)

Hot Titan on Drake Action

We heard the awesome was going to be cranked up to 11.
Unfortunately all we did was POS related activities. Where were the reds? Two fleets now that started out intense and ended up with mission accomplished with never a red in sight.

Organization!
I’m now thoroughly amazed at the level of organization that is into the nullsec alliances. When last I flew (Circa 2010) TS was the king with Ventrilo a close second. Fleet invites came via a fleet channel. Now there is mumble, TS, jabber, and god knows what else all verified via API.

Fleeting with Retards
I didn’t realize that I was spoiled by the level of organization and professionalism from my earlier days flying in 0.0. My new corp, while well intentioned, is filled with 17 year old EFT troopers. This became very obvious on my first, and last, op with them.

Goon Fascination
The Goons are pretty much the major force in EVE right now. They are black or white, not much bullshit with the goons. Incursion Grief
The title is a bit misleading. I don’t consider it griefing, but working as intended. I think it’s a bummer as an incursion runner to deal with the Mothership dying too quick, but I can’t really complain. It adds a bit of excitement to everything.

Floating Factories
I decided to kick it up a notch with my factory planet. I had a single launchpad surrounded by 6 Advanced Industrial Factories (AIF). I got sick of waiting (MOAR profit) so I added a second set of everything and a link between the two. Nothing unusual until I decided to see if I could stick the whole thing in the ocean.

SWTOR Getting Better
I’ve now played SWTOR up until Coruscant and I find the story to be getting better. Some of the little side events and seeing other players beyond me is also a motivator.
I still think the voice acting isn’t all that useful but it does help you feel a bit more immersed. The companion abilities is a cool feature as well.
